Department of obstetrics and gynecology is housed in Ram Prakash Gupta mother and child state referral hospital at Shaheed path Lucknow. It is a 200 bedded hospital with well equipped OPD services and 24 hours emergency care. There are various speciality clinics like Adolescent clinic, High risk pregnancy clinic, Gestational diabetes mellitus clinic, gynae oncology clinic and menopause clinic. A 12 bedded maternal ICU for management of high risk and critical obstetric cases will be functional soon. There is provision of modular OTS equipped with state of art facility for gynaecological, obstetric and laparoscopic surgeries.
